We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to help lead and inspire our front-of-house team while ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. About the Role: As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will: Oversee daily floor operations and support the management team in delivering smooth, high-quality service. Lead by example, guiding and mentoring team members to provide outstanding guest experiences. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and warmth. Assist with rota planning, training new team members, and managing service standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.
