Hybrid working, occasional travel to the West Midlands office We're working with a well-established UK organisation seeking an experienced commercial solicitor to support their in-house legal function on a 3 - 6 month interim basis. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with the team and provide key legal support during a busy and transitional period. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (including procurement, IT, and service agreements) Advising on data protection and privacy compliance matters Supporting with intellectual property queries and general legal risk Assisting with internal policies, governance, and process improvements About you: UK Qualified Solicitor with commercial contracts experience Able to hit the ground running Start on short notice This is a fantastic opportunity for an interim legal professional to join a supportive team and make an immediate impact.
