Job Description
Support the creation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for TikTok Shop in North America, while optimizing and accelerating the performance of the items presence on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimize Consumer Experience on Digital Platforms: Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with consumer expectations and platform-specific requirements. Adapt creative content to suit TikTok Shop and Amazon audiences, enhancing visual appeal and engagement. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate asset performance and iterate for improvement. 2. PDP Performance Optimization (Product Detail Pages): Leverage SEO best practices and consumer insights (CMI) to enhance visibility, discoverability, and conversion rates. Implement data-driven changes to product titles, descriptions, and bullet points. Utilize platform analytics tools to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. 3. KPI Analysis and Strategic Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both platforms, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and consumer engagement metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize digital strategies and improve ROI. Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. 4. Agency Coordination: Manage follow-ups with marketing agency to ensure alignment with digital and commercial goals. Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality control for agency-led projects on TikTok Shop and Amazon platforms. 5. Executional Excellence in Media Campaigns: Support the setup, execution, and optimization of media campaigns for Amazon and TikTok. Collaborate with the media and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and reach target audiences effectively. Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies for future initiatives. Additional Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices on TikTok and Amazon. Identify growth opportunities for brands through competitor benchmarking and trend analysis. Support cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless consumer journey. Expected Outcomes: TikTok Shop: A clear and effective go-to-market strategy that ensures a strong brand presence and measurable growth on the platform. Amazon Platforms: Improved product performance, visibility, and sales through refined PDP optimization, strategic media campaigns, and effective stakeholder coordination.
