Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years nursing experience required. Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse for an exciting contract opportunity. If you're an experienced RN with a passion for home health, we want to hear from you! Position Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks (typical length) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm; alternating weekends every 3-4 weeks based on staffing. Weekend Rotation: Yes, every 3-4 weeks (schedule published in advance every quarter). On Call: Yes, one week every 3-4 weeks (Friday 5pm Friday 8am). Responsibilities: Meet weekly productivity expectations of 30 points. Utilize EMR systems including HCHB Pointcare for documentation. Requirements: Must have prior experience in home health (hospice experience not required). Ability to relocate to the assigned territory. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage patient care across a large territory.
