Pay Information $2,000 to $2,394 per week About The Position Job Title: RN-Med Surg Location: Butte,MT Pay Range: $2000/week-$2394/week Start Date: Two weeks from the date of position offered. Job Type: 13 weeks contract Company Overview: MedCadre is an emerging healthcare staffing organization with expertise in filling contracts and permanent staffing needs in healthcare for facilities across the nation. "MedCadre Inc is a Joint Commission Certified". Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled RN-Med Surg to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and procedures, providing accurate results crucial for patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities Patient Assessment and Monitoring – Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify any changes in patient condition. Medication Administration – Safely administer prescribed medications and IV therapies, and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions. Wound and Post-Operative Care – Provide post-surgical care including dressing changes, monitoring surgical sites, and assisting with mobility. Care Coordination – Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Patient and Family Education – Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, discharge instructions, and health maintenance. Qualifications Active RN License – Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the practicing state (compact license preferred where applicable). Education – Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Experience – Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience preferred. Certifications – Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) often preferred or required. Clinical and Communication Skills – Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Required: Minimum 1 years experience - required. Active BLS - required.
