Expected Duration: 9 months contract Job Type: contract Salary Range: $60ph - $70/ph Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Scrum Master or Project Management Business Requirements Development QA testing Project and agile Job Description: The Scrum Master / BA / QA is responsible for directing a technical team ensuring that team objectives are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. The primary objective for this position is to partner and collaborate with the business to deliver solutions that help the business execute with our clients. This person is responsible for engaging partners, business leaders, and team members in delivering technical solutions. This is a 9-month contract with remote potential for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities * Monitor progress of assigned projects, tracking deliverables using appropriate tools. Work with all project stakeholders, holding them accountable, to ensure project scope, quality and timelines are met. Provide status reporting to all stakeholders. * Facilitate collaborative sessions with stakeholders as needed to keep projects moving forward. Provide direction and support to the project team. * Work with stakeholders to develop business requirements for the technical team. * Test the completed stories to make sure each satisfy the business requirement. * Document new and enhanced processes and system functionality as it is developed. Coordinate with HR training team to provide education, training and user reference materials to end users so that new processes and functionality are understood and used appropriately once implemented. Must Have * 3 years related experience a Scrum Master or Project Management * 2 years of business requirements development * 2 years of QA testing * Advanced interpersonal and communication skills * Project and agile software experience with tools like Jira * Leadership Skills: Accountable for team motivation, conflict resolution and decision making. * Time Management: Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously including employees, customers and management. * Superior customer service and quality focus * Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
