The ideal candidate will have proven experience using Autodesk Fusion 360 to design high-quality, production-ready 3D models, especially for injection molding . This role focuses on designing custom accessories and parts compatible with LEGO-style figures, so a strong sense of scale, proportion, and design language is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design precise, functional 3D models of LEGO-compatible accessories using Autodesk Fusion 360 Transform concept sketches and reference images into stylized, miniature designs Ensure all models are optimized for injection molding and adhere to manufacturing standards Maintain design accuracy, fit, and aesthetic consistency with LEGO-style figures Organize and manage digital files for efficient production and revision tracking Work collaboratively with the production team and adapt to evolving priorities Keep both digital and physical workspaces clean and organized Support product development and production with additional tasks as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 in a design or manufacturing context Understanding of part design principles for injection molding Ability to recreate the scale, geometry, and style associated with LEGO-compatible designs Excellent attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback effectively Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required Professional experience in product, toy, or precision part design preferred Prior work with accessories or miniature items is a plus
