Job Description Job Description Duration 6 Month(s) Contract Description is originally out of Ireland but getting a large presence here in the US. They currently have 41 convenience stores, 22 Burger Kings and 5 Subways. They have more stores throughout other areas of the US. They are continuing to grow/acquiring new stores. with a variety of levels within the company such as cashiers or higher ups. Day to day : 75% helpdesk work, 25% field tech work -they have to set up 100 iPad\'s with meraki software -staging new PCs that will go to Midwest area -fieldling calls from all over stores within the US - these come in through call/email - they deal with about 120 user issues a week - install replace standard PC hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, and printers -travel to store locations to assist needs depending on issue (45 stores in Columbia area) Job Title IT technician Top Skills Details 1. hardware/software fixes for users remotely 2. experience with windows pcs (windows 7 & 10 operating systems) and office 365 troubleshooting 3. basic knowledge of cat5 wiring POS knowledge would be helpful too - they use Verifone Apple devices - vendor they work with is Meraki - working with apple devices is a plus Worksite Address Andover,Massachusetts,United States,01810 Drug Test Required true Experience Level Entry Level External Communities Job Description A company in the Columbia, SC area is looking to bring on IT technician to assist with user needs.
