The role is based in Phoenix but offers future flexibility to be based in Phoenix or Las Vegas. Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates for door and trim installations using advanced estimating techniques. Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work documents to generate precise cost estimates. Collaborate with the General Manager, office staff, and stakeholders to align estimates with project goals. Conduct risk analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential concerns. Develop strategies to improve estimation accuracy and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and pricing data. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure estimates meet company profitability targets and deadlines. Requirements Experience: 5-7 years in estimating door and trim installations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Skills: Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, Stack). Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas). Experience in residential (single-family & multi-family) and commercial estimating. Strong communication and leadership skills. Additional: Willingness to travel between Phoenix and Las Vegas as needed. Preferred Skills & Abilities Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
