Technical Lead - MERN Stack

Position Title : MERN Stack Tech Lead. Location : Noida (WFO). Type : Full-Time. Domain : Logistics / Supply Chain. Experience : 8 the Role : We are hiring a highly skilled MERN Stack Tech Lead to join a rapidly growing logistics and supply chain product team. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across the MERN stack, excels in Kafka-based microservices, and has proven expertise in integrating communication tools like WhatsApp APIs and email services into scalable systems. As a senior engineer, youll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end features powering a global logistics platform used by carriers, vendors, and enterprise Responsibilities : - Build and maintain complex full-stack logistics applications using the MERN stack. - Develop and integrate API-driven workflows including WhatsApp-based messaging and email-based approval flows. - Design and scale Kafka-based microservices for high-throughput, real-time logistics operations. - Develop robust RESTful and event-driven services in NodeJS with secure data handling. - Implement responsive dashboards and control panels in ReactJS with state management. - Work with SQL and MongoDB for managing structured and semi-structured logistics data. - Deploy and maintain services on AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. - Containerize and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS). - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps for delivery and performance Skills : - 8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong backend orientation. - Deep expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, Express, and MongoDB. - Strong experience in Kafka for building event-driven, loosely coupled services. - Demonstrated experience integrating WhatsApp Business APIs and email automation services (e.g., SES, SMTP). - Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling. - Experience in AWS services for cloud-based development and deployment. - Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based architecture. - Familiarity with microservices best practices including service discovery, health checks, retries, and rate limiting. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in distributed to Have : - Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript. - Familiarity with Twilio, SendGrid, or other third-party messaging services. - Prior work in logistics, shipping, or fleet management systems. - Understanding of DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and infrastructure as code.
