Present in 14 European countries with more than 7,500 employees, we have opened our first Italian office in Milan and, given the continuous growth, we are strengthening and expanding our team with people who share the same values of our company: AMBITION, SMILE, DYNAMISM, WILLINGNESS TO PLAY, all in a constantly evolving reality, in which human relations are always at the first place Your role We are seeking a Process Engineering Coordinator with experience in the process design of polyethylene and polypropylene plants , capable of guiding the engineering team in meeting technical, budgetary, and timeline goals. This role acts as a bridge between engineering, project management, and external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Coordinate daily engineering activities for the process team in PE/PP plant projects. Act as the focal point for internal communication between departments (mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, etc.). Ensure that process documentation (simulations, P&IDs, specs) is prepared and reviewed in accordance with project milestones. Collaborate with the Lead Process Engineer and Project Manager to monitor deliverables and project progress. Support supplier coordination and client interactions on process-related topics. Participate in design reviews and risk assessments. About You Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. At least 7–8 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within PE/PP plant design. Familiar with process simulation tools and engineering workflows. Strong organizational and communication skills. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus. Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-driven. What we offer?
