Marketing Operations Specialist

IQM Selezione - Marketing Operations Specialist Location: Vermezzo, Italy IQM Selezione is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist for a leading group in Europe specializing in paints, varnishes, and technological solutions for construction, based in Milan (West area). Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the creation of key marketing materials and services in collaboration with Sales and Product Management. Manage operational aspects of marketing agencies and suppliers. Plan stock of marketing materials aligned with budget forecasts. Coordinate national events such as trade fairs and client events, including communication campaigns. Oversee promotional campaign activities in collaboration with Sales and Product Management. Plan and coordinate store setups according to HQ guidelines. Support the development of corporate Employer Branding projects with HR and IT departments. Maintain constant communication with clients and various internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, IT, HR, etc.). Ideal Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communication. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail environments. Experience in B2B/B2C distribution or manufacturing sectors related to construction, coatings, or paints is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proactive, dynamic, and flexible attitude. Strong market trend understanding and business acumen. Good command of English. Proficient in Office suite and MS Excel. Willing to travel nationwide. Residing near Milan or in surrounding areas. Start date: Immediate Work location: Vermezzo con Zelo (MI) Employment: Permanent contract, full-time, with a probation period.
