Fleet Operations Specialist

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing operational planning, coordination, and control of services including: Restaurant services Office supplies (economato) Management of company vehicle fleet This will be conducted in compliance with contractual conditions and company procedures. Additionally, the role involves ensuring adherence to signed contracts, monitoring KPIs and performance, overseeing the progress of management flows while respecting environmental and safety regulations, and managing related penalties. The company considers candidates with a diploma or degree in scientific disciplines (STEM). Technical diploma or degree in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent Required experience: 4 to 5 years in similar roles . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, a results-oriented mindset, resilience, problem-solving skills, proactivity, innovation and creativity, teamwork spirit, ambition, and accountability. Additional information: Initial temporary contract of 6 months with potential for evaluation and permanent employment. Structured onboarding and training during the first two weeks.
