Social network you want to login/join with: Client: Maccaferri Location: Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Yes Job Reference: 2d9e12e82d51 Job Views: 1 Posted: 29.04.2025 Expiry Date: 13.06.2025 Job Description: The candidate, who will directly report to the ICT Application Manager, will be responsible for: International ICT Projects Management related to Business application, including: Adhering to standard methodologies and deliverables requested by the Group; Preparing and managing detailed activity planning for each project phase; Collecting and respecting business requirements during the project preparation phase; Managing the project budget; Communicating project milestones and status to stakeholders; Coordinating internal and external project teams; Ensuring effective end-user training; Facilitating a smooth handover to application maintenance teams. Leading the worldwide demand process and maintaining the related project portfolio (ICT/application); Updating application maps and interface trackers; Contributing to project planning and external vendor qualification; Participating in requirement gathering and updating processes impacted by projects. Qualifications Master's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics; At least 4-5 years in a similar role; Experience with consulting approaches to projects; Knowledge of at least one major project management methodology (Agile, PMP, CMMI, Prince2, etc.); Fluent in English and Italian; Willing to travel for business; Knowledge of main SAP modules (MM-PP); Experience with MES or Supply Chain implementation projects is a plus; Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and good communication skills.
