We are seeking a IT Operation Support for a client operating in the Credit Management sector. The candidate will collaborate with the IT team to ensure the proper functioning of company systems and will be responsible for the following activities: Ensure the operation and efficiency of the company's information systems Collaborate with the software house for bug fixing and evolutionary updates of the CRM Provide Help Desk support to internal users, assisting them in resolving technical issues Requirements: Recent graduates in STEM or technical/scientific disciplines Good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SQL is preferred Knowledge of Windows operating system Ability to work in a team, dynamism, and problem-solving orientation Knowledge of one or more scripting languages and familiarity with ETL tools for data integration and transformation will be considered a plus Employment Details: Direct apprenticeship contract with a salary of €30,000 RAL Location: Cuneo (in person) Join Gi Group Holding, Italy's leading multinational in employment services, present in over 37 countries with a team of more than 9,000 people.
