We are looking for a Quality Part Responsible Functional Parts to join our Headquarter at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will hierarchically report to the Head of QA Mechanics & Electronics. You will be responsible to manage quality aspects (requirements, problems solving, KPI) with suppliers both during development and Series Production Phase in order to reach and keep expected quality levels for the managed components (including software functions). Your Main Activities Will Be Definition of requirements/targets in terms of quality for single components/systems by deploying project targets Represent Quality department in SET (Simultaneous Engineering Team) and all necessary inter-functional meetings Suppliers management with deep technical analysis, both on product and process, emerging from current pre-series/series production Explanation of quality problems emerging from production and/or field within SET’s to anticipate development problems for new projects/products Verification of supplier readiness following APQP & PPAP principles (New Parts Qualification and 2 days production) Evaluation and release of the PPAP submitted by suppliers related to components in own responsibility (included analysis of measure result, Test Material result, Fitment result) and 8D report in pre-series and series Evaluation and release of new software according to Lamborghini internal process Involvement in Pre-Series and Series Schadenstisch (Problem solving table) Management of supplier until return in conformity, visiting the supplier’s plant to check the process and perform a joint analysis. Involvement in the Q-circle (top Quality meeting) to perform technical deeper analysis of quality problems emerging from field About You Technical University Degree (Mechanical, Electric, Electrical, Mechatronic, Automotive) At least 3 years’ experience in Automotive in a similar role in R&D, Quality & Manufacturing Technical Knowledge of electrical components, especially wiring harnesses LV and HV, OBC (on board charger), electrical distribution, HV systems as batteries, electric motors, inverter and BMS Knowledge of complex manufacturing processes, components and tools, including measuring and testing Experience on key-characteristics definition and control both on technical drawings and process control Knowledge about main electric/electronics norm for automotive application Knowledge or certification about VDA/IATF Norm English knowledge, Italian & German as plus Team worker Problem solving attitude Analytical skills Willing to travel Target oriented What We Offer Flexible working Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood program Specific job posting for internal employees Access to qualified Learning paths Development programs If you are interested in taking a new professional opportunity, please submit your application by May 11th, 2025.
