Responsibilities We seek a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team at a leading Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) manufacturer. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored energy storage solutions. A deep understanding of BESS technology, market trends, and customer needs, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, are essential. Main accountabilities include: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Technical and Market Expertise: Stay updated on BESS technology and market trends, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver product presentations. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare sales proposals, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with legal and finance teams. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams, and provide market feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales metrics, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields. 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in energy storage or renewable energy sectors. Strong understanding of BESS technology. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Skills Technical knowledge of energy storage applications. Experience with renewable energy project financing or sales. Familiarity with energy policies and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to build trust and credibility. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Others Availability to travel.
