Responsibilities Manage attendance and various activities related to payroll; Support payroll processes in collaboration with external partners; Monitor and analyze HR-related KPIs; Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports; Manage HR database using Workday; Assist with personnel accounting (advanced basic knowledge required). Requirements At least 2 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration; Good knowledge of Workday (or similar HRIS systems); Familiarity with personnel accounting; Precision, analytical skills, and team-oriented attitude.
