This is a part-time, contract role. Are you an independent sales training facilitator fluent in Italian and English, looking to work with a proven sales methodology across diverse training offerings? We seek dynamic facilitators experienced in engaging training delivery in industries such as technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services. Do you enjoy working with salespeople, managers, and leaders to unlock sales potential and deliver high-impact learning experiences? This role involves crafting and delivering tailored training content in Italy, with potential global engagements. Your goal will be to drive transformation and results through training, coaching, and reinforcement using various delivery methods. Role Highlights: Partner with client and product teams to execute programs that meet client goals, including customizing content and facilitating sessions, coaching, and reinforcement. You will be expected to: Drive client transformation and results by delivering excellent programs. Manage client projects ensuring seamless, on-time, and within-budget delivery. Become an expert in our intellectual property (IP) and share knowledge with others. Achieve KPIs related to client feedback on facilitation. Collaborate with internal teams across project management, content, and technology. Maintain high-level professional communication. Support sales initiatives or large projects as needed. Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and results teams. Desired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies: Successful candidates are curious, creative, and energetic team players with a good understanding of adult learning and experiential techniques.
