Responsibilities: Back office activities: monitor KPIs, UPT, CR, average receipt, and forecast. Team management: planning shifts, holiday and sick leave substitutions. Supervising team dynamics, training, and resource development. Visual management. Sales and customer management. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail. Knowledge of KPIs: UPT, average receipt, CR. Experience managing teams of at least 4-5 members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for customer-facing roles, resource management, and problem-solving. Additional Information: Working hours: shifts from Monday to Sunday, 6 days a week. Training: 2-3 weeks at a major store in Milan or Rome before starting. Contract: Fixed-term. Expected start date: 01/07/2025. Category: Fashion / Entertainment / Events. Location: Genoa. Availability: Shift work without night shifts.
