Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator (6-month contract)

Job Description This is a 6-month contract starting July 1, 2025. Salary range is €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6-month contract. This is a remote role and you must reside in Italy. We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinator’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll coordinate design operations across our brands: Beefree, Beefree SDK, and Really Good Emails (RGE). You’ll support a team of 3 graphic & visual designers by helping prioritize tasks, manage requests, and ensure smooth workflows. You will also engage in hands-on design work, creating campaign visuals, marketing materials, and assets to keep our content fresh and on-brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and operational tasks, has strong relational skills, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and has a keen eye for quality design. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination & Design Operations Coordinate design projects across all brands. Manage task prioritization, timelines, and resources for a team of 3 designers. Oversee design request intake and facilitate smooth handoffs. Hands-On Design Work Design emails and landing pages for campaigns, events, and promotions. Create marketing visuals such as booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, blog, and social visuals. Support social media and email marketing teams with design needs. Design or update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment with messaging and brand guidelines. What We're Looking For Strong background in digital graphic design and layout. Experience managing or coordinating creative projects and teams. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop), and project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices. Comfortable working in a remote, async environment. Strong relational skills for effective stakeholder cooperation. Bonus: video-making/editing skills (Premiere, AfterEffects, Jitter, or similar). Bonus: experience with SaaS or ESP marketing.
