About the Role : Alpinestars is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Logistic and Supply Chain Solutions to join the IT Department at our HQ. If you are highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects as a Project Manager, we are looking for someone like you. Main responsibilities: Lead and manage IT projects related to supply chain and warehouse management systems (WMS, ERP integrations, etc.) from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery; Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements for logistics and intermodal transport solutions, focusing on air cargo operations; Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between business and IT, ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities; Support the definition, planning, and delivery of IT projects related to transport optimization, cost reduction, and process automation; Oversee system integration activities and ensure alignment with existing architecture and operational processes; Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, risk management strategies, and communication plans; Monitor project progress, track KPIs relevant to supply chain and warehouse operations (e.g., order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, on-time delivery), and provide regular updates to stakeholders; Leverage knowledge of supply chain and warehouse processes to understand user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
