We Are Hiring: Growth Hacker As our Growth Hacker at Spoki, you will be a key player in shaping and scaling our digital presence. Your expertise in web development, automation, and growth strategies will help us accelerate our growth and deliver superior customer experiences. You will develop low-code and no-code automation solutions while ensuring our website is engaging, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Design and run bold growth experiments : Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and iterative marketing strategies across landing pages, messaging, pricing, and more. Own and optimize the entire AARRR funnel : Tackle acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue through data-backed strategies that unlock scalable and repeatable growth. Lead data-driven decision-making : Use tools like GA4, Mixpanel, SQL, and PowerBI to uncover insights, measure impact, and continuously refine tactics. Collaborate across teams for speed and impact : Work with marketing, product, engineering, sales, and customer success to swiftly implement and scale growth initiatives. Build and scale multi-channel strategies : Drive both paid (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and organic (SEO, content, email, social) growth loops with full funnel visibility. Continuously improve conversion rates : Apply CRO principles to landing pages, email campaigns, and onboarding flows to reduce CAC and maximize LTV. Create viral and content-driven growth loops : Leverage shareable content and product-led virality to organically increase user acquisition and brand reach. Implement automation and tooling : Streamline lead generation, user onboarding, and lifecycle marketing using tools like Zapier, Make, Intercom, HubSpot, and APIs. Listen to the customer : Run interviews, surveys, and session recordings to refine messaging, improve product-market fit, and reduce churn. Stay ahead of trends : Constantly explore new tools, channels, and tactics to hack growth in unconventional and high-impact ways. Ideal Profile 5 years in a growth role with a measurable track record of success. Fluent in English - mandatory (written and spoken). Marketing & Product Savvy Deep knowledge of funnel optimization, paid media, SEO, content strategy, and email/lifecycle marketing. Strong grasp of product-market fit dynamics and customer psychology. Data & Analytical Excellence Expert in data analysis, visualization, and experimentation. Proficient in tools like SQL, RedShift, GA4, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio. Obsessed with KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and churn. Technical & Tooling Know-How Comfortable with HTML/CSS/JS basics to tweak landing pages or track events. Skilled in automation and integration tools (Zapier, Make, Segment). Experienced with CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Intercom, Mailchimp). Mindset & Soft Skills Relentlessly curious and experimental: "fail fast, learn faster" mentality. Combines analytical rigor with creative flair to find unique growth hacks. Exceptional communicator and storyteller, comfortable with ambiguity. Highly collaborative and fast-moving; thrives in agile, multicultural teams.
