Account / Project Manager

We are Obloc Studios in Queretaro, part of Website Depot, a full-service digital marketing agency in the USA. We are seeking a punctual, creative professional to be an account and project manager to help us communicate with our clients and provide deliverables that come with either their web development projects or digital marketing campaigns. We work primarily on collaborative cloud software like Google Drive, Slack, Basecamp, and Trello. Responsibilities The ideal candidate should be able to speak to clients over the phone, over e-mail, and manage the work related to their marketing campaigns or web projects. Other responsibilities include monitoring social media management, search engine rankings performance (SEO), content production, and website changes required by the account executive or directly by the client. Example: Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability Qualifications Preferrably a college degree in a related field such as communications or marketing. Professional, functional level of bilingual English and Spanish. Phone skills, and knowledge of SEO and, WordPress and digital marketing. This position is considered entry-level and is an excellent opportunity for growth. This is an on-site, in-person office setting in Col. Centro Sur in Queretaro. Pay starts at $100 MXN per hour. Hours are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.
