Job Summary (3-Month Contract): We seek a highly motivated SEO & Paid Campaigns Specialist with advanced English to join our Querétaro de Santiago, Mexico team on a three-month contract . This role reports directly to the Global Marketing Manager and requires a detail-oriented self-starter with a strong interest in digital marketing. You will develop and execute SEO strategies , manage on-page/off-page optimization , and track performance. Additionally, you will oversee paid campaigns on social media and Google Ads, ensuring budget efficiency and measurable success. Strong analytical skills are essential for reporting KPIs, conversion tracking, and campaign impact . Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates across multiple products and services. · Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities. · Optimize website content, including meta tags, titles, descriptions, headers, canonicals, and multimedia for search engines. · Perform on-page and technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website performance improvements. · Manage off-page SEO efforts, including link-building strategies, guest blogging, and partnerships to boost domain authority. · Work with development teams to ensure SEO requirements are met during site updates and new builds. · Monitor and analyze website health using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, Shopify and others. Identify and address technical SEO issues, including site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization. · Optimize internal linking structures and implement structured data markup ( schema.org ) for rich snippets. · Stay up to date with search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective. · Generate weekly and monthly reports on website KPIs, rankings, traffic, and conversions. Manage local SEO, ensuring the accuracy of business name, address, and phone number (NAP) across all directories. · Ensure SEO compliance in all published materials. · Implement tracking scripts, analytics goals, and other monitoring tools to assess campaign performance. · Manage and optimize paid campaigns on social media and Google Ads, ensuring budget efficiency and measurable success. · Analyze, report, and provide clear proof of campaign success through KPIs, conversion tracking, and performance metrics. Qualifications & Experience: · Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of increasing organic/paid search traffic and improving search rankings. · Strong expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Zoho CRM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights. · Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. · Experience with keyword research, topic analysis, and competitor research. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly. · Experience with link-building strategies and local SEO. · Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for SEO-related implementations (not necessarily as a developer but to communicate effectively with development teams). · Experience working with WordPress, Bootstrap, and other CMS platforms. · Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Jira Scrum Master. · Minimum C1 English Certification. · Work Modality: Onsite · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break · Benefits: According to the Mexican law
