In this context, we are looking to hire new professionals who are eager to develop their careers within the Legal and Tax Services area (TLS - Tax & Legal Services). We are currently seeking to hire in our Bilbao office a Lawyer with between 7 and 10 years of experience as a Labor Advisor for companies , with knowledge in the following areas: Labor and social security advice in all its aspects (hiring, termination, working conditions, senior management issues, questions about contributions and benefits, etc.) Experience in current labor issues such as: Covid ERTEs, equality plans, teleworking, etc. Collective bargaining: collective agreements, substantial modifications of collective conditions, collective dismissals, etc. Labor litigation Actions before the Labor Inspection Labor Due Diligence audits Expatriates Basic requirements for the position include: Degree in Law (or dual Law/Business Administration, Law/Legal Rights) Law Access Master High level of spoken and written English Minimum experience of 7 to 10 years Specialized master's degree in labor law is valued We seek professionals with strong communication skills, business-oriented, and motivated by the project.
