Job Description : We are looking for a Kinaxis Analyst to join our team and support our growing portfolio of projects. What You Will Be Doing : - Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain planning requirements and provide solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities. - Design, configure, and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse applications to optimize supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management. - Develop and deliver functional specifications and technical design documents for system customizations and enhancements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions. - Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues and recommend process improvements. - Provide training and support to end users, ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of Kinaxis solutions. - Participate in system testing, validation, and go-live activities, ensuring high-quality project delivery. - Stay up-to-date with Kinaxis product updates and best practices, and share knowledge with the internal team. Qualifications : - Proven experience (3-5 years) working with Kinaxis RapidResponse in a consulting or supply chain environment. - Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, and inventory management. - Experience with data integration and working with large datasets. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
