Our Group is redefining how rare and exceptional wines move across the globe, reach customers, and tell their stories. ✨ Your Mission: As the Executive Assistant to our founder and leadership team, you'll be the organisational backbone of our subsidiaries operations — juggling creation, launches, schedules, keeping us on track, and making sure the details don’t just get handled—they shine. What You'll Do: Assist articulating the subsidiaries creation and launch Manage complex international calendars, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones Act as a key liaison between the executive team and partners, clients, and internal teams Support day-to-day operations and special projects (logistics, events, VIP client support) Prepare reports, presentations, and communications with flair and polish Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Anticipate needs, solve problems, and bring positive energy into the mix daily Who You Are: A dynamic, motivated professional with 1–3 years of EA, operations, or administrative experience Exceptionally organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Comfortable managing up and communicating clearly at all levels Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and always one step ahead Bonus points for fluency in English, French, Italian, or other wine-producing region languages Double bonus if you love wine.
