Traffic Marshall / Banksman

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal for a busy residential construction site in Wellingborough. This is an ongoing role offering long-term stability for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Directing site traffic and deliveries safely and efficiently Assisting with the movement of vehicles and plant on site Ensuring pedestrian safety at site access points Communicating clearly with drivers and site operatives Adhering to all site health & safety regulations Requirements: Valid CSCS card Banksman/Traffic Marshal training or certification Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude PPE (hi-vis, hard hat, boots, etc.) Setsquare is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
