Job Title: Construction Site Manager Location: Ipswich Job Type: Temp to Perm About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build industrial unit in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a key project from start to finish, with the potential for a permanent position following successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all phases of the new build industrial unit project, from groundworks to completion * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to budget * Coordinate project programmes, site logistics, and client liaison * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies * Manage project reporting, cost control, and risk management Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager on new build industrial units (essential) * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure * Relevant construction qualifications and CSCS/SMSTS certifications preferred If you meet the criteria and are interested in this role, please apply with your CV today
