CDM Principal Designer

A family-feel CDM specialist consultancy are seeking an confident CDM Principal Designer, with a design background who can manage a new portfolio of projects that have been onboarded by a prestigious client. You would join a team made up of of ex-Architects and Designers as you provide Principal Designer services. If you have a technical Design background within Architecture, Engineering or Surveying, and would like a chance to work on iconic buildings in London. Then please apply. CDM Consultant Responsibilities As a CDM Consultant you will advise clients on the CDM 2015 regulations, as well as lead within Design meetings. CDM Consultant should possess Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) (required) 2 years within a CDM or Construction H&S (required) NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (required) TechIOSH Membership (preferred) APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)In Return?
