I'm currently recruiting for a Project Manager with a strong background in M&E and Construction to join a leading team in Central London. Position: Project Manager Location: Central London Salary: £65K car allowance excellent benefits Sector: M&E / Construction About the Role: This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for identifying and delivering project opportunities across a portfolio of maintenance contracts. You'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, manage full project lifecycles, and ensure operational and commercial success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop project opportunities - Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and contractors - Define scope of works aligned with business cases and budgets - Lead tendering processes and subcontractor engagement - Act as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations - Ensure QHSE compliance and mitigate project risks - Manage project delivery end-to-end across disciplines What We're Looking For: - 5 years of Project Management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments - Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility - Team leadership and stakeholder management experience - Knowledge of CDM regulations - IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS certified - Relevant technical qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction-related)
