Job Description
Position: Asset Manager Salary: €60,000 (flexible) Location: Berlin I am seeking a bilingual (German and English) professional to join my client's asset management team (industrial/logistics) in Berlin for a fixed-term maternity cover role, extending until the end of March 2026. Key Responsibilities: Oversee asset management operations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and enhance asset portfolios. Provide strategic insights and support in decision-making processes related to asset management. Requirements: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken). Proven experience in asset management or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
