Senior Project Manager

Future build recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the management and operation of a concrete batching plant on a major construction project. The project primarily involves reinforced concrete (RC) structures, silos, and deep piling works. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the concrete batching plant operations. Oversee the production, quality control, and supply of concrete for RC structures, silos, and deep piling works. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget. Requirements: Proven experience in managing large scale civil and major construction projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project components.
