Electrical Project Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Project Engineer Location: Bicester Salary: £65,000 Car allowance The Role: * Overseeing the Electrical package for the project all the way through the construction phase to handover * Must have operations experience * Managing Electrical sub-contractors Inc. specialists * Overseeing the Electrical Supervisors/Site Managers * Liaising with Mechanical engineers & Managers * Managing interfaces with existing client facilities * Procurement (managing material levels and working with suppliers) * Production of RAMS and paperwork associated with construction processes and procurement * Reporting to the Senior Electrical Project Manager The Company: * Top 3 UK tier 1 contractor * Project values in excess of £20 million pounds * This company is currently at around £9.5 billion turnover per annum with ambitious growth * plans over the next couple of years * This hire is due to the company winning a large number of contracts on the South coast * The company has £11 billion pounds worth of work in the pipeline for 2025 The Ideal Candidate: * Will have 5 years’ experience in the Electrical industry * Will have previous experience working as an Electrical Construction/Site Manager * Will have previous experience working on commercial projects. * Will hold a JIB/Skill card & SSSTS/SMSTS * Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines * Will have excellent communication skills * Will be able to Commute to Didcot, Oxfordshire What You’ll Get: * A salary in the region of £65K * Car allowance * 7.5% pension * 26 days holiday 8 statutory with then opportunity to buy and sell * Career progression opportunities * Private healthcare
