CRM Consultant Remote (UK-based) Contract Length: 3–6 months Day Rate: £350 per day (Inside IR35) A leading data and business consultancy is looking for a is looking for an experienced CRM Consultant to support several key client projects. This 3 to 6-month contract offers the chance to play a hands-on role in delivering impact across high-profile, fast-moving initiatives. What You’ll Do: Design and implement personalised, data-driven customer journeys using Braze and Bloomreach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective CRM strategies. Offer platform-specific expertise and recommend best practices to enhance campaign performance. Evaluate campaign results and deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated success delivering CRM strategies and campaigns within consultancy or client-facing roles. Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalisation, and marketing automation. Skilled in collaborating with data teams to turn customer insights into actionable CRM strategies. Strong communicator with proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience of using Braze & Bloomreach is essential for this role. Some onsite presence in London may be required.
