Project Manager – Construction Acoustics Location: Wokingham Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Position: Full-time My client is a specialist company in construction acoustics, delivering tailored acoustic solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Based in Wokingham, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of acoustic construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple acoustic construction projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification. • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client and company objectives. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct site visits, monitor project progress, and ensure health and safety compliance at all stages. • Collaborate with estimators, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any technical or logistical challenges. • Track and report on project milestones, risks, and financial performance. • Lead project meetings and coordinate documentation, contracts, and communications. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry; experience in acoustics or specialist subcontracting is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of construction project management processes, from planning through to delivery. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. • Proficient in reading technical drawings and construction specifications. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings and report to senior management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
