Multi Drop Delivery Driver

The Best Connection are working closely with our global logisticsclient to source additional relief Van (Cat B) Delivery Driversfor their Stockton office. The role: Safe operation of one of our clients 3.5 tonne vehicles (generally a long wheel base) Vehicle provided Use of a scanning device (training given) Parcel delivery and collection The work is multi-drop ofaround 40 deliveries / collectionsper day across the North area Deliveries to business and domestic customers The candidate: "B" licence with no more than 6 points and no DD or DR endorsements Minimum of 6 months driving experience 5 years of check-able work history and online HMRC document (we will show you how to obtain) A DBS check will be carried out for successful candidates (paid for by us!) Excellent customer service skills Hours of work: Monday to Friday (weekend over time as required) 08.00am to 17.00pm (delivery dependant) 8 hours minimum per shift Pay Rates: £14.25per hour basic rate up to 45 hours worked £21.38per hour overtime rate after 45 hours worked Benefits of working for The Best Connection: On-going assignments Holiday entitlement Personal accident insurance Overtime On-line Payslips Pension provision Candidates will be invited to register online via our digital on-boarding system.
