Our client specializes in high quality retail and commercial fit-out & refurbishment. They have more than 40 years’ combined experience in the construction industry and they carry out refits & maintenance for national and international clients across hundreds of sites. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their head office in Hull. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Provide expert advice on cost estimation, budgeting, and project finance Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes Prepare accurate and detailed reports on project progress and financial status Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should possess: Experience in the Shop fitting sector Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
