VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Compliance Executive for a leading FMCG company, that places immense value on their staff who are based in Moira. Working From Home Permanent position. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Fantastic Benefits Package & Salary Reviews This role requies a driving license as there is travel once every two weeks to 9 sites in Ulster. Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies that align with company values, the Group Risk register and regulatory requirements. Monitor internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Ensure effective reporting systems are in place for tracking compliance issues and potential risks. Develop and deliver user on-boarding training around IT and Cyber. Run phishing campaigns and other programs to ensure employee engagement and awareness around possible cyber threats. Develop and implement policies that align with company developments around cyber and general IT changes.
