Role: Construction Buyer (Contract) Location: Portadown Hours: Full Time, 8am 5pm Monday Friday Pay: Circa £42,500 Benefits: Enhanced holidays Health cash plan Were working with anaward-winning organisation specialising in various areas including refurbishment, extensions, commercial and retail developments, education, social housing and facilities management with the vast amount of their work being in Northern Ireland. The Role: Due to gaining a new contract there is a need for an experienced Buyer on a 12-month contract to help support procurement across a range of commercial projects. Youll be supporting the QSs and responsible for dealing with subcontractors, materials and plant equipment focusing on cost, quality and lead time. The Requirements: Demonstrable experience of purchasing within a construction/engineering environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Ideally knowledge of estimating as well.
