What You'll do: Manage commercial construction projects valued between $10,000,000 - $50,000,000 Manage project activities, including budget, costs, and timelines Act as liaison with clients, designers, and other project stakeholders Organize project teams and guides them to produce deliverables What Our Client is Targetting: 5 years of Construction Project Management experience Experience working on Commercial projects, ranging in value from $10 - $50 million. Technical Degree or Engineering Degree would be preferred
