About the Role - Lead and manage the estimating process for various commercial construction projects. Collaborate with a well-established and organized team of 10 estimators. Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates to support project planning and execution. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Responsibilities Lead and manage the estimating process for various commercial construction projects. Collaborate with a well-established and organized team of 10 estimators. Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates to support project planning and execution. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Qualifications - 5 years of experience in estimating within the construction industry. Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely estimates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
