Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Area: Norwich Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Salary: Excellent Salary Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Galaxy Personnel is partnering with an award winning building company who specialise in high end bespoke construction projects from period restoration to modern new builds. If you are a QS who is passionate and wants to join the team and work for a successful company in a niche position in the local market place, this could be the role for you Key Role Objectives * Management of Subcontractors – review and analyse prices, place orders and manage sub-contractors through to certification of payment and package completion. * Attend contract meetings and report as required. * Interim valuations and variations. * Pre-tender surveys. * Assist with pricing tenders, pricing sub-contractors, specialists, utilities and materials etc. * Project Procurement What you will need: * A formal qualification and experience of commercial management. * Experience as a commercial manager/Quantity Surveyor * You will like being part of a busy office environment and dealing with a multitude of different challenges. * Relevant experience within the industry The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to our team
