Construction Tutor We’re looking for an experienced Construction Tutor to deliver engaging Level 2 courses and help shape the next generation of construction professionals. This role offers a flexible mix of online delivery and occasional in-person sessions. About the Role: * Deliver Engaging Courses: Teach key Level 2 construction topics, including carpentry, bricklaying, and essential health and safety practices. * Hybrid Delivery Model: Deliver predominantly online sessions, with occasional in-person practical sessions to support hands-on learning. * Apply Your Industry Expertise: Use your real-world construction experience to bring practical insights to the classroom. * Motivate and Inspire: Support and encourage learners to develop the skills they need to succeed in the construction industry. What We’re Looking For: * Industry Background: Strong, hands-on experience within the construction sector. * Teaching Qualifications: A recognised teaching qualification is essential. * Construction Certification: A minimum Level 1 Construction qualification or a CSCS card. * Academic Requirements: Minimum Level 2 (or GCSE) qualifications in Maths and English. * Location Flexibility: Ideally based in London or the South, and willing to travel for occasional face-to-face sessions. * Passion for Education: A proactive, inspiring approach to supporting learners' development and career progression.
