This rewarding role supports KS3 and KS4 students who have struggled in mainstream education. The Role: Plan and deliver engaging GCSE Maths and Functional Skills Maths lessons. Teach small groups (around 10 students) for a more focused and supportive environment. Differentiate lessons to meet a variety of learning needs and abilities. Build strong, positive relationships to encourage students back into education. Work collaboratively within a small, experienced team committed to student progress.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. A flexible and resilient attitude with a passion for supporting young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs).
