About the role The Retail Marketing Assistant plays a key role in driving bold, high-impact marketing campaigns across the Omoda Jaecoo UK retail network. Partnering with the Retail Sales Team, you will work closely with our lead agency and retailers to equip them with powerful tools, standout assets, and sharp marketing insights to fuel sales success across every region. n this fast-paced role, you will take full ownership of projects from briefing agency partners and shaping creative plans to launching campaigns that truly move the needle. You will collaborate with key Omoda Jaecoo UK stakeholders, guide the agency to deliver against clear objectives and lead the sign-off process with support from the wider team. Post-launch, you will track results, fine-tune activities for maximum impact, and deliver insightful reporting to drive smarter, stronger campaigns every time. A big part of your mission? Making sure every retailer has the dynamic, brand-right assets they need to inspire customers and sell with confidence. You will help bring to life everything from brochures and campaign guides to high energy advertising ensuring every touchpoint delivers a consistent, compelling Omoda Jaecoo brand experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and delivery of retail marketing campaigns for the Omoda Jaecoo UK retail network. Lead the creation and delivery of retail marketing campaigns for the Omoda Jaecoo UK retail network. Manage a wide variety of campaigns, tactical initiatives and quarterly programmes featuring media and creative packages for retailer use. Help define best practices and set clear expectations for the retail network to drive commercial success. Build strong relationships with key marketing contacts across the retailer network, supporting local campaign development and execution. Work closely with Omoda Jaecoo UK stakeholders to deliver product-led and tactical campaigns, taking a proactive approach to relationship management. Oversee the digital product brochure programme in partnership with the product teams, ensuring the Omoda Jaecoo model range is accurately and compellingly communicated. Continuously monitor and analyse competitor brand activity within the automotive industry and beyond providing insights and innovative ideas to strengthen our retail marketing, events, and campaign activities. Support the development, promotion, and enforcement of Omoda Jaecoo UK brand guidelines, championing consistency and compliance across all retailer activities. Undertake responsibilities as determined by immediate supervisor, or as directed by Departmental and Omoda Jaecoo UK Senior Management Team Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Proven expertise in retailer and brand marketing, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and related processes. Professional experience: more than 3 years of work experience in automobile sales or Retail marketing Operational hands-on capabilities and highly organised Proactive approach to work and passionate about delivering to high standards Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects simultaneously Experience of working with agency partners or suppliers Confident conscientious, dedicated, flexible and tenacious Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.
