Workday Benefits Lead Consultant – Immediate Start Location: Remote Contract Flexible Daily Rate Start Date: ASAP Duration: TBC Are you an experienced Workday Benefits Lead Consultant ready to take on a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with a leading consultancy to deliver a high-impact Workday implementation. The requirement has been approved and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. About the Role: As the Workday Benefits Lead Consultant, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery across the HCM and Benefits workstreams. You’ll work closely with the customer and project teams through all phases of the Workday deployment lifecycle: Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, and Post-Production / Hypercare. Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Discovery and Design/FAS workshops Support planning and estimation of project activities Drive configuration, tenant setup, and unit testing Support all customer testing activities and defect resolution Lead deployment and cutover activities Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing guidance to customers and team members Collaborate with Workday Delivery Assurance/internal QA teams Assist with data collection and loading as required What We're Looking For: Proven experience leading Workday Benefits implementations Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Benefits modules Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to mentor and support consultants and clients through the deployment lifecycle
