This role focuses on integrating Kainos's Employee Document Management (EDM) solution within Workday environments, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Consultant to join our team for an initial 3-month contract. This role focuses on integrating our Employee Document Management (EDM) solution within Workday environments, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Key Responsibilities: Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Workday and our EDM system, utilizing Workday Studio and other relevant tools. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse integration requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs. Testing & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of integrations, troubleshoot issues, and oversee deployment processes to production environments. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing integrations, implementing updates and improvements as necessary. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Workday Studio, XML, XSLT, and web services (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with middleware platforms is advantageous. Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing integrations within Workday environments, particularly involving third-party solutions like EDM. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in analysing integration issues and implementing effective solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Certification: Workday Studio Certification is preferred.
