Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Kennett Square, PA . This position is with a specialty compounding pharmacy that delivers custom, patient-specific pharmaceutical solutions. The right candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a solid retail background, and a commitment to patient care. In this role, you'll oversee prescription fulfillment operations, ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, and provide direct patient counseling on prescriptions, OTC medications, and supplements. (Participation in shipping, handling, and order accuracy is also expected.) Reliability and consistent attendance are essential for success in this role. The environment is fast-paced and patient-focused, with an emphasis on accuracy, care planning, and therapeutic monitoring. Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am 2:30pm or 3:00pm 11:30pm (primary need) 8:00am 4:30pm shifts also available Rotating weekends (either Saturday or Sunday) required from the start Requirements: Active PA Pharmacist License Recent retail pharmacy experience Compounding experience preferred Ability to follow strict documentation and compliance procedures Strong communication and counseling skills If you're passionate about personalized medicine and have the drive to make a difference in a compounding setting, we want to hear from you.
